Whew!
15 minute mile, non-stop! Probably 6 or 7 minutes slower than Perry's warm-up, but I'll claim it.
This was my fourth run. I ran outside last week with Perry, but came down with shin splints. I hope to be able to start with easy runs every day just to get used to the distance and build my endurance.

A mile without stopping is one of the best signs that you're ready to train for a 5k! ;o) And as for my warm-up, 6, not 7...
Non-Stop?!?!? You go, girl! That's awesome. I can't even do a block non-stop. Are you running every day?
