Mischa lost her first top tooth on Friday. By Saturday (when this picture was taken), you could see the new one poking through. When Caleb lost this same tooth, his tooth didn't start poking through for 6 months! She has always (okay, for the only 3 teeth she has lost) been very fast to get her new ones. I think her first adult tooth was almost in a week after she lost the baby tooth.

That is because as soon as Caleb identifies that a tooth is loose he works on it until it falls out. Mischa, in the same situation, won't even use that tooth to eat let alone try to get it out. It is only when the tooth comes in that the baby tooth falls out. You can see this by the fact that she has 4 loose teeth and Caleb never (or rarely) has more than 1.
